This position will be supporting each classroom by providing breaks and substituting as needed. RMA is a growing school and opportunities for advancement and increased hours arise often. RMA is a small non-profit Montessori school supporting children age 2.5 through Elementary. Duties As an RMA employee you would be working with a close team to support the growth and education of children 2.5 through Elementary.
