Our team is committed to working collaboratively with families, case managers, and other professionals to provide individualized support and equip clients with the skills necessary for strong, satisfying relationships. Job Summary We're seeking experienced and entry-level professionals to join our team as ABA/Autism Behavior Therapists. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a BCBA. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions Growth Opportunities and Benefits At Key Autism Services, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
