Responsibilities :
 Assist guests with check-in and check-out, phone interactions, and face-to-face interactions
 Provide information and directions to guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience
 Process transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
 Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
Requirements :
 Previous cash handling experience
 Previous computer experience
 Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications :
 Proficient in English and Japanese language
 Knowledge of Hawaiian language preferred
 Previous work experience in a hotel or front desk environment
 Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
