Responsibilities
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the consumer services industry.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific job opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates and enhance our talent pool.
• Create and manage job postings that effectively communicate the opportunities available and attract the right candidates.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiencies in our recruitment strategy.
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, guiding them towards successful placements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of language barriers in the recruitment process.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Fluency in at least one additional language besides English is highly desirable.
