Join our dynamic team in maintaining and developing our web-based and server-side applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns focused on generating sales and achieving KPIs. • Conduct audience research to identify and target the right demographics, behaviors, and interests. • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and CTAs that capture attention and drive conversions. • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI. • Use A/B testing to refine ad strategies and improve outcomes. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals. • Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in Facebook advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful sales-driven campaigns. • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and event tracking. • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed campaign decisions. • Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and visuals. • Knowledge of retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
