Skills Required
• Proficiency with Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
• Proficiency in creating, editing, managing, and publishing GIS feature data, both in a geodatabase environment and on the cloud
• Proficiency in cartographic design
• Working knowledge of geospatial analysis methods and ESRI GIS applications development
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook

Skills Preferred
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Avenza MAPublisher
• Working knowledge of Arcade and/or JavaScript programming for GIS applications and API’s integration

Education & Experience
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Geography, Earth Science, Data Science, or a related field and 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Qualifying professional experience in GIS may substitute for the education requirement on a year for year basis, to a maximum of four years.
