 Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
 Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.
 No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
 Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
 Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a dedication to exemplary customer service.
 Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
 Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
