Administrative and Clinical Support
 The successful candidates will coordinate referral appointments, ensuring timely patient care delivery.
 Establish effective relationships with insurance companies and healthcare providers to exchange vital patient information.
 Process and manage authorizations (paper and electronic) with efficiency.
 Accurately maintain and update patient records.
 Offer administrative support to facilitate smooth clinic operations.
 Experience in medical assisting or a related field is advantageous.
 Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for success.
Medical Documentation and Scribing
 Efficiently transcribe medical reports into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
 Identify and correct transcription errors, ensuring data accuracy.
 Update patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with precision.
 Reliably send prescriptions as directed by physicians.
 Experience in medical scribing or a related field is beneficial.
 Strong typing and documentation skills are necessary.
 A competitive hourly rate ($17-$24 per hour).
