Responsibilities:
 Partner with customer success, product and enterprise teams to support robust clinical outcomes monitoring and reporting
 Clinical data quality control and cleaning
 Clinical (biometrics, self-report, survey-based, claims-based) data reporting for internal and external clients
 Clinical outcomes analytics that includes trend analysis and creating visualizations to communicate health outcomes and drive cost efficiency within a clinical protocol/intervention
 Develop dashboards, reports and documentation to help teams make data-driven decisions
 Collaborate with other analysts, data scientists, engineers and clinical researchers to ensure data quality and analytical rigor
Requirements:
 BachelorÂs degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related)
 1-2 years experience as a data analyst in the healthcare technology space or related field
 Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Looker (data visualization), dbt, or other business intelligence tools
 Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with Python or R and ability to write clean, maintainable code for data analysis
 Clinical analytics training and including experience analyzing clinical outcomes data (both biometric and self-reported) and healthcare claims (medical and pharmacy) data
 Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy guidelines as they relate to PHI and digital health
 Experience with claim files and definitions
 Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams including product managers, designers and engineers
 Experience in data/database management
 Proactive and collaborative working style and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
 Experience in a startup or fast-growing company
 Basic statistical analysis
