• *Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Interaction**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing timely information, and offering solutions to issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive outreach, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct client presentations and demonstrations of products and services, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with Disney.

2. **Issue Resolution**
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively; escalate complex problems to management as needed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on client feedback to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

3. **Collaboration and Relationship Building**
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client expectations.
- Work in partnership with colleagues to share best practices and develop strategies for enhanced client engagement and satisfaction.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, summarizing trends, issues, and performance metrics to share with management.

5. **Continuous Improvement**
- Stay abreast of industry trends and Disney’s service offerings to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
• *Requirements:**
- **Educational Background:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resourceful:** Ability to independently seek out solutions and navigate challenges effectively.
