Key Responsibilities
 Conduct client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences.
 Actively represent our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities.
 Provide support to the front office coordinator as required.
 Engage with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach.
 Occasionally travel to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes.
Required Skills
 A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles.
 A strong commitment to community outreach and the ability to connect with diverse individuals effortlessly.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities.
 Proficient with technology and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
 A vibrant personality that fosters effective communication and relationship-building.
 Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
 Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check necessary for obtaining a North Carolina notary license within 60 days of employment.
