Location: Remote (The role can be remote with travel as needed to Novato, CA through SepÂ25 and then 40-60% onsite for about 5 months during C&Q (2-3 days onsite weekly)).
Roles & responsibilities:
 Create and manage execution plans, timelines, project controls, and timely completion of deliverables.
 Manage staffing and other resource needs to maximize potential for successful execution of projects
 Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders
 Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs
 Create detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations
 Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments
 Measure project performance and progress throughout campaign execution
 Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships
 Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results
 Delegate project activities and duties in accordance with team members' strengths and experience
 Prepare routine status reports and communication of project progress to key stakeholder and governance forums
 Provide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers, clients, and other stakeholders as needed
 Engage in continual learning to remain abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards
 Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget limits
 Promote a culture of execution excellence, collaboration, effective communication and cross-functional problem-solving
 Execute role duties as assigned
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in related field such as scientific/technical discipline and a minimum of seven years of experience in project management
 Understanding of biotech or drug product development is required
 Proficiency with industry-standard project manager tools and software
 Demonstrated ability to organize and update a complex schedule
 Strong risk management analysis
 Experience with client management and internal departmental communications
 Proven track record of successful project management
 Strong technical background in industry
 Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to function effectively and tactfully with multiple departments and personnel, able to gain consensus and commitment
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until Nov 4th 2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000K -$132,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for CognizantÂs discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of CognizantÂs applicable plans
