This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The salary for this position is set at a competitive salary. Â Â KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
Enabling Business Strategies
• You will assist with designing and executing creative talent solutions that impact business and employee experience, such as organization transformation, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, performance management, learning and development, retention initiatives and so on.
• You will integrate and collaborate with stakeholders and CoE functional partners such as Talent Acquisition, Organization and Talent Solutions, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, and HR Operations to help facilitate talent-led solutions.
• You will maintain headcount tracking and day to day headcount management.
• You will champion company-wide initiatives, events as required.
• You will exercise familiarity with workforce insights, evidence-based research, and HR & business metrics to aid decision-making and influence business solutions.
• You will understand the basics in how to navigate while working in a complex and matrix organization.
Fostering Leadership Success
• You will build and maintain long-term trusted employee and leader relationships.
• You will coach and influence business leaders to take a long-term view to engage and retain top talent, while building morale, productivity and organization effectiveness
• You will develop a knowledge of the leadership development needs of the business they support.
• You will facilitate an open and inclusive work environment true to the core values of TWDC.
Shaping Employee Experience
• You will serve as a credible partner and ?one stop shop? for employees to voice concerns, ask questions and request assistance.
• You will provide advice to employees on the appropriate interpretation and application of HR policies, processes, and practices.
• You will encourage employees to embrace a culture and environment of inclusion, creativity, and respect.
• You will support employees in finding how to access tools and documents that provide information about policies and practices for the Company.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Postgraduate or graduate in HR or Psychology
• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP/ COE experience
