We are seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining outside clientele's financial records, processing payments, and handling other accounting tasks.

Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable Processing
• Utilize software for bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare and Import Payroll Journal Entry
• Bank and Credit Card account reconciliation
• Qualifications
• Proficiency in accounting principles... and practices
• Experience with financial software, preferably Quickbooks Online and Restaurant365
• Familiarity with internet tools such as Adobe, Microsoft Word, Google Drive & Google Sheets
