What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a TAFT instructor pilot for unit training and AH-64E tactical employment
- Conduct readiness level progression and gunnery training strategy on IA aviators
- Conduct training on Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS) planning and Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) procedures
- Conduct oral evaluations of all IA pilots in accordance with training and proficiency requirements
- Adhere to AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience as an Aviation Tactical Operations Officer/Aviation Mission Survivability Officer
- Minimum of 1500 total flight hours and 300 hours cumulative as an AH-64D/E Instructor Pilot
- Previous qualification as an AH-64D Instructor Pilot
- Experience as an IP at the company level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Qualification on AH64Ev6
- Previous Security Assistance Team experience
- Previous Foreign Military Sales Experience as an IP
- Previous experience as an aviation Master Gunner
