Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to support our business operations through data analysis, insights, and recommendations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for assembling examinations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to inform business decisions and drive results. This is a part-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $25/hour and 8 hours of work per week. Key Responsibilities Assemble examinations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to support business decisions and operations for sign-up and business product spaces. Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve client experience and increase conversions. Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate on the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, etc.) to understand user behavior and drive business impact. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related). 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets. Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects, from ambiguous requirements to actionable insights and business results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex ideas effectively. Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: A Master's degree in a scientific field. Proven data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Experience with marketing landing pages, join channel, and business spaces. Ability to identify and address issues proactively. Counseling background, MBA, or multi-industry experience. Strong motivation and ability to work independently. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A sense of humor and unique interests that bring a creative perspective to your work.
