Your future duties and responsibilities
Create robust integrations between Workday and internal/external applications using Workday Studio, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Analyze proposed or existing integration designs, communicating technical impacts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Develop comprehensive integration documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and field mappings, to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
Monitor and optimize the performance of integrations, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions.
Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements and industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest Workday features and integration technologies, advocating for and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
5-8 years as a Workday Development and Integration Consultant.
5-8 years integrating Workday with internal systems and third-party service vendors.
Strong expertise in Workday Studio.
Proficiency in ETL development using tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, and Hadoop.
Experience with Web Services, EDI, XML, XSLT, Java, or .NET integration technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
