What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate large-scale software testing efforts, ensuring effective project delivery
- Develop testing strategies, plans, and performance reporting, including defect resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for overall project status and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with system integration vendors and manage project assignments for a team of at least 15 personnel
- Provide detailed status reporting and metrics for project performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management and administration of large-scale projects
- At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Testing/Quality Assurance Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO) practices and policies
- Project Management Certification (PMP) required
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Planview PPM Pro software
- Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall, and COTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in team leadership and negotiation
