Role Mulesoft Technical Lead developer with offshore and client coordination skills.
US-based, 100% remote
Duration 6-12 Months.
We are seeking a MuleSoft Lead with strong expertise in integration architecture and development using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations, as well as leading a team of developers and interfacing with business and technical stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving integration strategy, design standards, and ensuring scalable, reusable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations and APIs using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of MuleSoft developers.
• Define and enforce integration best practices, standards, and governance models.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical support during testing and deployment.
• Manage code reviews, quality assurance, and ensure development follows SDLC and CI/CD practices.
• Support and maintain existing integrations, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and automation.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in integration development, with 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, RAML, JSON, XML, and API management.
• Experience in enterprise integration patterns, messaging systems (JMS), and error handling.
• Proficient in using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and related DevOps practices.
• MuleSoft certification (Developer/Architect) preferred.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
