We are looking for several Special Education Teacher(s) (SPED) with an active teaching license. We also need core subject teachers: Math, English, Science, History and Art. Certification and Licensure:
SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER:
MUST have an active West Virginia state Special Education certification
MUST have moderate to severe certifications
Bachelors or higher Degree in Special Education
NH State Special Education Teaching Certification endorsement
CORE SUBJECT TEACHERS
MUST have an active West Virginia state teaching certification
Bachelors or higher Degree in Special Education
West Virginia State core subject Teaching Certification endorsement: Math, English, History, Science, and Art
Caseload:
Provide an optimum learning environment for all students
Collaborate with faculty and work in teams to provide instruction to students
Follow District and State guidelines for essential learning and instructional strategies
Adhere to West Virginia Code of Professional Conduct
Employ a systematic instructional process designed to meet the needs of students in the classroom
