URGENT HIRING – Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
We are urgently seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our team and manage daily, weekly, and ad-hoc order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping coordination tasks. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
• Update Barnes & Noble inventory in Rithum.
• Download new packing lists from Rithum and process orders from Rithum to ShipMonk manually.
• Switch to UPS account/service level as needed.
• Upload tracking into Rithum and SPS the following day.
• Manually process AAFES drop ship orders from SPS to ShipMonk.
Weekly Tasks:
• Update AAFES inventory twice a week.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
• Process Planet Beauty orders (from PO PDF via email) to ShipMonk.
• Notify team members (Veronica, Hanna/AP) about tracking and invoicing.
• Process MCX and CGX orders manually from SPS/email into ShipMonk.
• Submit routing via LandAir as needed.
• Assist in requesting invoices from AP.
General Supply Chain Duties:
• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including order fulfillment, inventory updates, and shipment tracking.
• Manage B2B customer communication and maintain updated records in customer portals.
• Create and send invoices using Intuit (QuickBooks).
• Prepare and upload inventory replenishments to Amazon FBA, including generating and submitting ASNs.
• Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt and resolve shipping/customs issues.
• Liaise with 3PL providers and warehouses to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure all documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping labels) is accurate and complete.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide updates to internal teams and external partners.
• Support customs clearance coordination by preparing relevant documents and working with freight forwarders.
• Assist in improving supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle urgent requests.
• Familiarity with Rithum, SPS, ShipMonk, Amazon FBA, and QuickBooks preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
