Job Description
As a Phone Sales Representative, you will contact potential customers, explain product offerings, overcome objections, and convert leads into loyal clients. You will be a key player in the sales funnel, working with warm leads as well as initiating outbound calls. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, goal-oriented, and capable of handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly to build trust and value.
Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Handle objections professionally and guide customers through the sales process.
Collaborate with team members and report feedback to improve performance.
Participate in sales training and coaching sessions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and pricing.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ years of phone sales or telemarketing experience.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
High energy, persistence, and customer-first mindset.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
