Responsibilities:
1. Entering customer and account data from source documents.
2. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
3. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
4. Maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information.
5. Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files.
6. Complying with data integrity and security policies.
7. Regularly backing up data for secure storage and easy recovery.
