Responsibilities:
Ā Assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
Ā Offer companionship and emotional support
Ā Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client rights
Ā Follow Care Plans and deliver personal care services
Ā Complete visit documentation and time sheets
Ā Communicate client care needs and changes
Ā Coordinate with agency staff for effective care delivery
Requirements:
Ā Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification (Required)
Ā 2+ year of experience in home care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred
Ā Ability to lift, transfer patients, and perform physical tasks
Ā Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Willingness to collaborate with healthcare professionals
Ā California Driver's License (Required)
Ā Ability to work weekends and US holidays
Ā Relocate to Los Angeles, CA before starting work
