The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transitioning new clients from the sales team to onboarding, providing ongoing guidance and support on a weekly basis, and monitoring the performance of our services. Key Responsibilities:
Client Transition and Onboarding:
⢠Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
⢠Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can utilize our services effectively.
⢠Customize onboarding plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Client Support and Guidance:
⢠Provide weekly check-ins with clients to offer ongoing support and address any questions or concerns.
⢠Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
⢠Proactively identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of our services.
Performance Monitoring:
⢠Regularly review and assess the performance of the services provided to clients.
⢠Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
⢠Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement.
Collaboration and Communication:
⢠Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, support, and product development.
⢠Ensure that client feedback is communicated to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
⢠Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
⢠Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
⢠Strong understanding of client relationship management and customer service principles.
⢠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
⢠Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
⢠Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
⢠Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

⢠Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis.
