? Timely Rent Collection
? Objective: Ensure that 95% of monthly rent payments are collected on time or early.
? Guest Satisfaction
? Objective: Maintain an average guest satisfaction rating of 4.8 or higher across all stays.
? Responsive Communication
? Objective: Respond to 95% of guest inquiries within 15 minutes during working hours.
? Automation & Process Improvement
? Objective: Implement 2 effective automation or AI-driven process improvements that enhance efficiency or reduce costs each month.

Roles and Responsibilities
? Financial Management: Oversee and ensure timely collection of rent payments. Monitor and report on financial metrics and performance.
? Guest Experience: Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries and issues. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
? Automation & AI Implementation: Identify opportunities to automate and improve operational processes. Implement and manage AI tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
? Administrative Support: Manage bookings, calendars, and scheduling. Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure property readiness. Prepare and analyze regular reports on operations and performance.
? Budgeting and Project Management: Assist in budgeting and financial planning. Manage projects related to Airbnb operations to ensure timely and successful completion.
