Urban Streetwear Fashion Designer

We’re looking for a talented and creative Urban Streetwear Fashion Designer to join our young, energetic, and fast-moving streetwear design team. In this role, you’ll create bold and trend-driven graphics for men’s T-shirts and fashion tops, develop original artwork, and help bring innovative ideas to life from concept to final production. You’ll work closely with our art director and design team, staying on top of urban fashion and streetwear trends to ensure our designs remain fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 – 23:00 CET Location: Hybrid/ In Office Main Duties and Responsibilities • Create graphics for T-shirts and various fashion tops. • Create tee washes and bodies. • Offer ideas for innovative graphic techniques and unique screen printing and specialty applications. • Create and develop original artwork with direction from the art director and art team. • Manage production of styles from design stage through final delivery. • Create and color all artwork which is needed for product design. • Stays current on new and developing art and trends to create art concepts. • Work closely with designers to create and implement design concepts consistent with private brand strategies. Required Skills • Proficiency in all Adobe software • Must be able to utilize AI to help with design. • Must be comfortable creating illustrations for graphic t-shirts and tech packs and sending factories comments on samples. • Must be in-tune with current streetwear and urban mens fashion trends. • Experience in Graphic Design within the Fashion industry. • Excellent English communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and good organizational skills. • A degree or an equivalent training in Graphic Design, or/and other relevant fields would be a plus.
