Key Responsibilities:

- Manage service parts inventory levels, reorder cycles, and documentation.
- Communicate with internal UPS departments and external vendors to ensure timely part delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders, process returns, and monitor part usage patterns.
- Update databases and generate inventory reports.
- Provide remote administrative support to field technicians and warehouse teams.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and internal tracking systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
