Assist customers with package tracking, shipping solutions, billing inquiries, and general questions about UPS services.
Provide problem resolution by troubleshooting issues and offering appropriate solutions.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills while working independently.
Schedule:
Part-time positions available.
