Responsibilities
Reviewing and evaluating job applications and resumes
Ensuring that applicants meet the required qualifications for the position
Communicating with candidates via email or phone for additional information
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintaining accurate and organized records of applicant information
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
