UPS Field Service Engineer - Remote Jobs

Pay: $85,000–$100,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution for field-based logistics systems
- Coordinate service and maintenance schedules with internal teams and external vendors
- Support deployment of hardware and software upgrades
- Perform system health checks and respond to alerts proactively
- Serve as a technical liaison between operations, engineering, and IT
- Maintain documentation for service procedures, incident logs, and equipment specs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in field service, equipment support, or technical diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of hardware systems, sensors, and remote monitoring tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or installations
- U.S. residency required
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $85,000 to $100,000
- Year-end performance bonus eligibility
