Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Development Representative to generate qualified new opportunities in the US Enterprise and Mid-market segment for Cloud, Data, AI, and Security services. As a strategic hunter, you will:
Generate leads through extensive outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
Develop new business opportunities by analyzing strategic enterprise account potential, setting up new appointments, and increasing visibility and relationships in the account
Collaborate with territory sales representatives and Rackspace Partners (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) on joint business development for the territory
Maintain and update accounts, track progress in CRM, and prepare customized decks for sales calls and presentations
Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management and campaigns, and create and execute plans for business development
In this metrics-driven, high-velocity SDR/Business Development environment, you will work cross-functionally with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to drive results.
Desired Skills & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
4-6 years of experience in Inside sales, business development, or appointment generation for Enterprise/Mid-market accounts with cloud services
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build relationships with senior-level executives
Strong listening skills, objection handling, and articulation
An ability to take rejections without getting bogged down and a willingness to learn and grow
