Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time undergraduate student in a college or university
Junior or Senior standing status, pursuing a degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent experience in a fast-paced work environment
Previous leadership experience and a strong interest in a career in retail management
