As a key member of our customer-focused team, you will play a vital role in identifying and developing innovative products that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experienced chefs and cross-functional teams to develop new products and recipes
Conduct sensory analysis, culinary skills, and market trend research to inform product development
Participate in idea generation, recipe development, product trials, and launches
Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and business capabilities to ensure product viability and long-term customer partnerships
Programme Benefits:
Competitive salary: £27,000 (Year 1), £31,000 (Year 2), £37,000 (Year 3)
£1,000 one-off signing-on bonus (paid November 25)

Requirements:
Achieved or expected to achieve at least a 2:2+ honours degree in a food or nutrition-related field
