Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on apprenticeship solutions. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify new business opportunities and grow our apprenticeship portfolio
Sell Leadership & Management training solutions, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge
Conduct briefings for apprenticeship learners and managers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
Schedule regular service meetings to provide ongoing support to clients and identify areas for growth
Develop and produce timely business proposals, tailored to meet the needs of our clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, with a focus on building relationships and driving growth
A track record of success in booking qualified appointments and converting leads into sales
Experience working in or with apprenticeship training providers, highly desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to form connections at all levels
A customer-orientated attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction
Practical skills to work independently, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
A professional, enthusiastic, organized, and driven approach to your work, with a passion for delivering results
