Key Responsibilities:
Support two Territory Managers with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Collaborate with suppliers to communicate key information, manage special projects, and maintain account relationships
Track key metrics to guarantee top-quality product offerings in designated territories, driving business growth and competitiveness
Perform regular quality checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our product offerings
Work closely with internal teams to develop and refine our product offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs
Requirements:
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
1+ year of professional experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
Bachelor's degree required, with a focus on hospitality, business, or a related field
Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
