We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Part-Time Beauty Advisor to join our Sephora team, where you'll have the opportunity to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized consultations, recommending products, and creating unforgettable client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and a consultative approach, identifying client needs and suggesting products to drive sales and upsell opportunities
Demonstrate expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's standards
Build strong client loyalty, inspire clients through product demonstrations, and maintain a high level of product knowledge and beauty trend awareness
Actively engage in required training, support omni-processing, and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards
Support inventory management, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes

Client-facing retail or service industry experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
