Primary Responsibilities:
Contact patients by phone to assist with medication ordering. Both outbound and inbound calls are made/received
Research patient accounts to determine a cause for refill non-compliance
Conduct calls according to procedures outlined in the Quality Guidelines
Maintain focus and stay on task throughout the day in order to meet desired metrics and remain productive
Collaborate with team members and supporting departments to resolve conflict and ensure customer needs are satisfied in a timely manner
Must be able to manage time effectively to meet both team metrics and company guidelines without constant supervision

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED OR 5+ years of pharmacy or customer service experience in lieu of a diploma/GED
Availability to work between the hours of 6am-6pm Arizona Time
Preferred Qualifications:
PTCB license
State Pharmacy Technician license
Intermediate Windows PC proficiency
Soft Skills:
Critical thinking and time management skills
Demonstrated phone experience and very patient - centric
