Job Summary The Senior Data Analyst role is a key position within our Advanced Innovation group, responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform business decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities The Senior Data Analyst will have the following key responsibilities: Data Analysis : Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Insight Development : Develop and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving business growth and improvement. Data Visualization : Create data visualizations and reports that effectively communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to design and implement data-driven solutions. Methodology Development : Develop and maintain data analysis methodologies, tools, and processes that ensure high-quality insights and recommendations. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on aviation or a related industry. Technical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization software, such as Tableau or Power BI. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred: Master's Degree : A Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Certifications : Relevant certifications, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
