Position: UKG WFC Advanced Scheduling Analyst with Healthcare Location: 100% Remote Contract: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
UKG WFC Advanced Scheduling Configuration & Support:
o Oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of the UKG WFC Advanced Scheduling module in a healthcare environment.
o Manage workforce scheduling for multiple departments to ensure the correct staffing levels, taking into consideration clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to UKG WFC Advanced Scheduling, including ESS (Employee Self Service) functionality, shift swaps, and time-off requests.
Employee Self Service (ESS) Management:
o Implement, monitor, and optimize ESS features within UKG WFC, ensuring staff have access to real-time schedules, time-off requests, shift swapping, and availability.
o Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring employees are proficient in using ESS to manage their shifts and work-life balance effectively.
Shift Swaps & Shift Bidding:
o Configure and maintain shift swap functionality, ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and staffing requirements.
o Administer and monitor shift bidding processes, making sure the shift allocation aligns with staffing needs while balancing employee preferences.
Scheduling Compliance & Labor Laws:
o Ensure all scheduling practices comply with healthcare labor laws, including overtime, rest periods, and union agreements (if applicable).
