UKG Ready System Consultant (Remote in US)

What You'll Do In this role, you will: • Partner with clients to understand their HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance needs. • Configure UKG Ready modules (HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduling, and more) to meet their unique requirements. • Manage projects end-to-end-from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live. • Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and deliver a smooth implementation experience. • Provide expert guidance and support post-launch, helping clients get the most from their UKG investment. What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you have: • Hands-on experience implementing UKG Ready or Kronos Workforce Ready [Required] • A strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, Time & Labor, or workforce management processes. • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Bonus points if you have: • UKG Ready certifications or experience with UKG Pro. • Knowledge of payroll compliance and workforce regulations. • Data migration or reporting experience.
