UKG Lead analyst - SSTech LLC

UKG Lead analyst Client:KrogerRemoteThe UKG WFM Pro Lead Analyst will play a key role in delivering critical MyTime Projects in FY2025. This role will focus on leading integrations between UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) and internal/external systems, supporting the design and implementation of new solutions, and ensuring seamless data flows that power enterprise initiatives, including AI/ML programs and Sage. The Lead Analyst will act as both a technical consultant and solution designer, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.Required QualificationsProven expertise in UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) with hands-on functional and technical experienceStrong knowledge of API development, integration design, and troubleshootingExperience working with Azure/Databricks or similar middleware/integration platformsAbility to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient solutionsStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders (product, project management, vendors, etc.)Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex environmentsExposure to AI/ML initiatives, particularly integration WFM/HR data into advanced analytics pipelines.
