Title: UKG Lead API ConsultantLocation: Remote, Duration Long-Term Contract UKG Lead API Consultant with strong functional expertise in UKG WFM Pro o Lead integration efforts to integrate UKG Pro with internal and external systemso Translate business requirements into API specifications, data contracts, and integration workflowso Build scalable, secure, and reusable API solutionso Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with vendor, product and relevant stakeholderso Optimize API calls for efficiency and reliabilityo Continuously improve existing API solutions based on feedback and system performanceo Work with Azure/Data bricks middleware tools and similar platforms as needed for integrationsSolution Design and Technical Consulting o Provide guidance on UKG's API capabilities, limitations and best practiceso Partner with UKG and IBM to provide fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal integration approachesReview Design and coordinate approvals with UKG, technical team, business stakeholdersPartner with Product, Project Management and Vendors in planning and ensuring UKG specific deliverables are on trackUKG Certifications preferredAI/ML exposure would be a nice to haveEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
