UK - Junior Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Junior Team Leader to join our team in Dunstable. This is a key role for us as you will be the link between the warehouse operation and the on site team. Experience in either recruitment, payroll, planning or a team leading position is required but full training will be provided.Shift: Any 5 days out of 7 // 06:00-14:00 ( Flexibility is a must)Salary: £28,776Contract type: Temporary (maternity cover)Location: LU5 4RZ Role of a Junior Team Leader: Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPI’sPromote & lead a high level of Health & Safety expectations across the workforceCommunicate key information on business updates and changesProduce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the clientDeliver against client’s requests for working hours through booking extra or cancelling hours As a Junior Team Leader, you will need to have: A good standard of verbal and written EnglishGood communication and organisational skillsPrevious experience of working as a team leader, consultant, coordinator or recruiter is requiredPeople management skillsFlexible approach to shifts and working hoursAbility of working independently and as a part of a teamSense of humor, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
