UK - Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Derby.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, but additional weekends may be required during peak Role of an Account Manager: To build and maintain strong customer relationships at a local level and be a representative of Job&TalentWorking as a part of the onsite team to deliver our onsite service to our client and become part of their operational teamSupporting the onsite operations team with staffing levels, agency management and understanding their needsForecasting a recruitment pipeline and supporting with onsite planningSupporting and managing agency colleagues' attendance levels, disciplinaries, and ad hoc dutiesCarrying out registration sessions in line with the site's recruitment planTo demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes As an Account Manager, you will need to have: A good standard of verbal and written EnglishGood communication and organisational skillsPeople management skillsFlexible approach to shifts and working hoursAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSense of humour, social skills and an appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
