The position:We are looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our team in DE74 2BB.Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday // 07:00-16:00Contract Type: TemporaryLocation: EMG - DE74 2BB Role of an Account Coordinator: Checking and reporting daily attendance to the operations teamsNew starter engagement and supporting with any queriesLiaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite teamCarrying out registration sessions inline with the site’s recruitment planPre screening candidates for interview sessionsCommunicating rotas for the warehouse colleagues and booking shifts as requiredSupporting the operation with performance management As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have: A good standard of verbal and written EnglishGood communication and organisational skillsPrevious experience of working as a team leader, consultant, coordinator or resourcer is requiredPeople management skillsFlexible approach to shifts and working hoursAbility of working independently and as a part of a teamSense of humour, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
