This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Indiana (USA) UI/Visual Designer Development Center-Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Headquarters-Dallas Solvative is looking for a creative and forward-thinking UI/Visual Designer who can weave magic with pixels and bring design to life. As a UI/Visual Designer, your role will be to craft interfaces that are not just visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. You should be able to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant designs that are a joy to use. Your toolkit should include an eye for detail, a deep understanding of human behavior, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. In short, we’re looking for someone who can turn digital experiences into works of art that leave users in awe. Motion graphics experience is a plus but not mandatory. Experience- 6 months -1 Year Responsibilities: • Design visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.. • Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to bring wireframes and ideas to life with pixel-perfect precision. • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure a consistent visual identity. • Apply strong foundations in color, typography, hierarchy, and layout to create balanced, modern visuals. • Maintain visual consistency across products, ensuring a cohesive and refined look and feel. • (Bonus) Add life to designs through motion graphics and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and delight. Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. • Expertise in creating high-quality, aesthetically refined interfaces with an attention to usability. • Solid understanding of grid systems, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles. • Ability to translate abstract ideas into clean, engaging, and production-ready design. • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end visual design and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, or similar) for UI animation and transitions. • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to collaborate better with developers. • Knowledge of branding, iconography and illustration principles.
