Job Summary We're seeking a senior software engineer to join our Release Engineering Team. As a UI/UX Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in creating, improving, and optimizing the user experience through Spinnaker, our continuous delivery method. You will work closely with product management, product developers, backend engineers, and UI engineers to define and improve the user experience for continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities Create, improve, and optimize user experience through Spinnaker, Netflix's continuous delivery method. Work with product management, product developers, backend engineers, and UI engineers to define and improve user experience for continuous delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement continuous delivery scenarios. Design and develop user-friendly and intuitive interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on UI/UX development. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience designing websites using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Passion for user experience and an eye for UI development. Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem. Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud environments. Familiarity with continuous delivery and deployment practices. Experience with agile development methodologies. Skills and Competencies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Passion for user experience and UI development.
