UI/UX Designer | 100% Remote | C2C Profiles
Role: UI/UX Designer Location: 100% Remote Responsibilities: • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure brand consistency • Deliver design specifications and assets to developers and support them during implementation • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and design technologies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role • Strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles • Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong attention to detail and a user-centered mindset Nice to Have: • Experience working in agile/scrum environments • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) • Experience with motion/interaction design • Understanding of analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc. Apply tot his job
