See details below: About the Role:REEA Global is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Design Lead to serve as the anchor of ther global design efforts—leading from the front with hands-on design execution and strategic input. You'll collaborate with a distributed team of designers in Romania, engineers in Uruguay, and U.S.-based product and technology leads, while partnering directly with clients across multiple time zones.This role blends execution with leadership. You’ll guide the full design lifecycle across web and mobile interfaces from early discovery and stakeholder alignment to refined UI handoff.
